What to say?????????????

Does anyone else get that feeling of 'Uuurrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh shit im doomed'-ness when attempting to start writing an essay? That feeling of  'My teacher asked me to type this essay and being on the computer im so tempted to go on Facebook or Skype or Youtube'.......
Well............I do. And I know loads of you do too. It's starting the essay that's the hardest bit, I mean, what exactly do you say in the introduction???
Saying, 'I like this book because, or... im not too sure but' is TOO INFORMAL.
So what do you say?????????????
Facebook chat is so much simpler.

    on my computer my mom has this parental control thing, and she doesnt let me use the internernet till 8 on weekdaays:( betch y'all felin lucky now :(
